Test/QA Analyst Co-op (Winter 2027), Enterprise Technology & Business Management

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote.

What you will do

• Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts for banking applications.
• Execute tests using test tools and defined testing methodologies.
• Ensure testing results meet documented goals and objectives.
• Help define testing criteria and evaluate and present results from testing cycles.
• Work with other team functions, contribute to team goals, and share skills and knowledge through continuous learning.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies. Enrollment in a registered Co-op program is not required.
• Ability to develop and execute tests for applications and communicate testing results.
• Skills in C++, JavaScript, and Python.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating ideas and opinions involving research, interpretation, and assessment.
• Problem-solving, critical-thinking, investigative, and analytical skills.
• Teamwork, collaboration, initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, holding a valid work or study permit.

Hiring process
