Customer Experience Specialist

Salary: $53,520–$86,790 per year; incentive opportunity of 7.5%–15%

What you will do

• Facilitate the customer journey through the loan process and product delivery before, during, and after closing.
• Serve as the customer point of contact through phone, in-person, and digital channels, documenting interactions and resolving inquiries.
• Promote core products, services, and digital tools, generate referrals, and provide sales support.
• Process payments, wire transfers, account changes, overdrafts, and past-due accounts while following fraud-prevention and authorization protocols.
• Coordinate loan applications and operating line-of-credit renewals, including documentation, financial information, application entry, and customer signatures.
• Manage office operations such as invoices, supplies, records retention, vendor work orders, facility requests, and pooled vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• At least two years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred associate's degree in business, finance, or a related major, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to support customers, prospects, team members, and visitors across phone, in-person, and digital channels.
• Ability to process customer payments, wire transfers, account changes, and related monetary activities accurately.
• Ability to coordinate loan applications and renewals and gather financial, legal, identification, and signature documentation.
