Senior AI Developer (Investments & Agentic Platform)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid workplace model with at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Build reusable AI platform components and integrate them with enterprise data platforms, model platforms, and business applications.
• Lead the design and implementation of a common semantic layer for Investments and Distribution, including semantic models, taxonomies, metadata, and business definitions.
• Develop AI agents, reusable agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and multi-step workflows for investment research, portfolio management, risk, performance, product intelligence, and distribution.
• Establish governance, security, evaluation, testing, observability, guardrails, and continuous improvement practices for production AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies through proof-of-concepts, contribute to architecture and implementation standards, and promote scalable and maintainable AI engineering practices.
• Help scale Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted delivery through reusable templates, reference implementations, technical workshops, mentoring, and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with demonstrated delivery of enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing Generative AI, agentic AI, or machine learning solutions.
• Experience with modern AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, and large language models.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and applying emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset management, wealth management, investment management, research, trading, risk, or financial services.
• Experience developing semantic models, knowledge layers, metadata frameworks, or business taxonomies.
• Experience building enterprise AI agents and AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Experience implementing AI governance, evaluation, and observability capabilities.
• Experience operating across Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft AI ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Snowflake Cortex, AWS Bedrock, Azure Agent Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, LangGraph, LangChain, Strands, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, RAG, GraphRAG, enterprise search, semantic search, knowledge graphs, vector search, embeddings, LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, context engineering, AI guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and LLMOps.
