Special Assets Consultant - Midland

Location: Home Location-KS (KSH01), within the hirify.global Midland footprint; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, with occasional in-office participation required based on business needs. The role is in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage special serviced loans and customer portfolios of mid to high complexity while performing transaction analysis to minimize losses and optimize resolutions.
• Gather financial data, review documents and deal structures, and develop workout strategies and alternatives.
• Negotiate workout options with customers and coordinate with borrowers and internal and external partners to improve collateral coverage and mitigate risk.
• Evaluate customer and asset cash flow, balance sheets, long-term business plans, and other financial information.
• Perform site inspections for properties managed by special assets.
• Work with outside counsel and other partners on negotiations and documentation; mentor peers and conduct team training when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Knowledge and ability in asset management, capital management, cash flow, corporate finance, and equity trading.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, credit analysis and verification, financial statement analysis, portfolio management, problem solving, and decision-making.
• Customer interaction and effective communication skills.
• Negotiation skills and knowledge of the regulatory environment in financial services.
• Ability to manage risk in line with hirify.global's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments.
