InDesign Production Artist

Location: Colombia; Remote

hirify.global provides creative production services for major retail, grocery, pharmacy, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical clients.

What you will do

• Create and manipulate pages and files in InDesign while meeting quality, timeline, and production requirements.
• Manage typographical and graphical information, including image silhouettes, retouching, and simple color correction.
• Collaborate with assigned Account Executives and client team members, communicating production progress.
• Apply independent judgment and initiative within established procedural guidelines.
• Perform quality control and prepare projects for print or digital delivery.
• Implement client and team edits across multiple proof cycles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience working with InDesign and Photoshop.
• Proven InDesign experience with typesetting, page creation, and layout creation.
• Photoshop experience with file format conversions for digital or print, silhouettes or clipping paths, and minor color correction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Self-discipline and the ability to maintain attention to detail under deadline pressure.
• Willingness to learn new software and technology and implement standard directives according to style guides.
• Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.

Nice to have

• Technical degree of 2 years or higher education.
• Familiarity with Illustrator, Acrobat DC, and Bridge.
