Collaboration Solutions Events Lead

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America; onsite event support required; approximately 25% travel; relocation is not available.

Salary: $83,000–$127,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Lead event strategy and execution for the hirify.global Collaboration Solutions business unit across industry, partner, launch, internal, and external events.
• Align event plans with business strategy, product roadmaps, launches, and announcements.
• Define demos, storylines, narratives, and breakout-session content with product marketing, presenters, leadership, and broader events teams.
• Manage event logistics, including product sourcing, inventory, shipping, fulfillment, venues, hotels, budgeting, and operational execution.
• Coordinate flagship collaboration events and ensure booth experiences accurately communicate hirify.global’s differentiated solutions and broader company narrative.
• Lead workstream calls, content planning, rehearsals, showcases, presentation sessions, and onsite demo areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience running event strategy and logistics.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, events, and deadlines.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams and organizational levels.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environments.
• Ability to create presentation content and materials that communicate solution stories and strong product narratives beyond features and specifications.
• Strategic thinking, storytelling, relationship building, proactive problem solving, adaptability, and strong attention to detail.

• Previous technology industry experience, especially with technology hardware and devices.
