Luxury Real Estate Marketing Manager (Spanish Speaker)

Location: Remote (Philippines); flexible availability to coordinate with a U.S.-based client during agreed working hours.

Salary: $650 per month.

hirify.global supports a U.S.-based luxury real estate business specializing in residential and commercial properties in Palm Beach County, Florida.

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, attract qualified buyers and sellers, and generate business opportunities.
• Manage Instagram as the primary marketing channel, including content calendars, reels, posts, stories, and audience engagement; support Facebook and other channels.
• Create, edit, repurpose, schedule, and publish branded content using professional photography and video assets.
• Manage email marketing campaigns in Rechat, including weekly newsletters and property announcements, and create campaigns for Coming Soon, Open House, Just Listed, Under Contract, Pending, and Just Sold properties.
• Update website listings, manage Google Business Profile activity, and monitor marketing performance and analytics.
• Coordinate lead generation, CRM routing, branded materials, vendors, internal teams, and campaign deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, brand management, or marketing strategy.
• Experience working with luxury brands, preferably in luxury real estate.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills with excellent professional communication.
• Strong Instagram marketing experience, including reels, stories, content planning, and audience engagement.
• Strong graphic design, branding, content creation, and video editing skills.
• Experience independently developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of email marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
• Understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual presentation, and brand consistency.
• Familiarity with website content management, Google Business Profile, and basic SEO.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, project management, deadline management, independent work, and cross-time-zone communication skills.
• Ability to learn new marketing platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools.
• Access to a laptop or PC with Intel i5 or equivalent and at least 8GB RAM, a stable 100 Mbps internet connection, secondary internet, a backup device, reliable power, and a quiet professional work environment.
• Availability for approximately 20–25 hours per week and flexibility to coordinate with the U.S.-based client during agreed working hours.

• Prior experience with Rechat, GoHighLevel, ManyChat, Monday.com, Webflow, Okta, FETCH, iCloud, and related internal systems.
