Agency Enablement Manager (Affiliate & Creator Marketing)

Location: Remote, with a permanent address required in California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC.

What you will do

• Design and deliver a comprehensive agency training program covering affiliate marketing fundamentals, service packaging and pricing, client acquisition, and program management.
• Train an initial agency cohort, gather feedback, and continuously improve the curriculum and training experience.
• Build a scalable agency education roadmap using LMS platforms, on-demand video training, and repeatable learning resources.
• Develop and launch a certification program to assess agency proficiency in affiliate marketing and the hirify.global platform.
• Partner with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers and ensure training reflects agency needs.
• Work with Agency Customer Success to transition activated agencies into ongoing support and enable successful customer management on hirify.global.

Requirements

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs, ideally within a digital marketing or affiliate marketing agency.
• Direct experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, including service packages, pricing, and delivery models.
• A track record of taking programs from concept to execution, testing what works, and building repeatable processes that scale.
• Familiarity with Amazon or another marketplace affiliate marketing and direct-to-consumer affiliate programs.
• A collaborative, relationship-driven approach to building relationships, developing systems, and working cross-functionally.
• A results-oriented focus on efficiency, scale, agency education, activation, and support.
