What you will do

• Own the practical direction of accessible, data-rich web applications for operational users.
• Translate goals and constraints into clear technical approaches using Vue and TypeScript.
• Establish standards, routines, and artefacts around Pinia.
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies related to component testing.
• Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve web performance.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality, and sustainable ownership across the team.

Requirements

• Relevant experience delivering accessible, data-rich web applications for operational users in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Vue and TypeScript.
• Practical experience applying Pinia and component testing.
• Ability to assess risks, priorities, and trade-offs involving web performance.
• Clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and judgement when working with sensitive or business-critical information.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B software, public services, or analytics products.
• Exposure to WCAG in a cross-functional environment.
• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
