Senior Frontend Developer (Game Development)

Location: Hybrid role in Stockholm, Sweden; applicants must be eligible to work in Sweden.

What you will do

• Develop new features for immersive games.
• Build reusable frontend code and libraries for future projects.
• Optimize games and frameworks for speed, maintainability, and quality.
• Analyze and solve development and production problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders on technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend development tools such as Webpack and Jest.
• Experience writing performant, high-quality, reusable code.
• Experience with code quality practices and large, complex projects.
• Eligibility to work in Sweden is required.

Nice to have

• Canvas and WebGL experience.
• C# and hands-on game development experience.
• Experience building applications for mobile and desktop browsers.
• Understanding of the build and release chain, automation tools, and version control tools such as Bitbucket.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
