Senior Full-Stack / Integration Lead (AI) (Contract)

Location: Remote from Lviv, Ukraine, with overlap required for live partner calls.

hirify.global is delivering an AI-powered event platform for a major international event.

What you will do

• Integrate the AI backend with web and mobile applications built by separate partner teams.
• Set up and harden the LLM gateway, RAG and vector store, AI translation engine, guardrail layer, content-sync pipeline, infrastructure, and observability.
• Own AI Concierge capabilities including chat, tool-calling APIs, session recommendations, personalized agenda building, dining recommendations, and booking.
• Develop travel and itinerary features, AI matchmaking, live UI and content translation, WebRTC streaming, voice pipelines using STT, TTS, and RAG, and real-time 3D avatar rendering.
• Write integration code, debug across systems, coordinate 2–3 external teams, and resolve blockers during live partner calls.
• Lead platform integration testing, QA sign-off, UAT completion, production deployment, and documentation handover.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering with Node.js or Python and real API integration experience; frontend-only experience is insufficient.
• Practical, shipped experience with LLM/RAG systems, including gateway routing, vector databases, prompt design, and guardrails; experimentation alone is insufficient.
• Experience with WebRTC and real-time streaming.
• Ability to own integration across 2–3 external teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for live partner calls, status reporting, and resolving blockers independently.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D or avatar rendering pipelines.
• Experience with multilingual or localization systems.
• Previous work on event-tech or travel-tech platforms.
