Internship Global Internal Communications & Events (Dutch)

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; hybrid work with up to 2 work-from-home days per week for a 40-hour internship. The internship lasts 5 months and starts in September 2026. Candidates must be enrolled at a school or university for the full duration.

Internship allowance: €450 gross per month. Travel allowance: up to €23 per day, subject to eligibility.

What you will do

• Produce visual and written content for internal communication channels, including the internal app.
• Support the roll-out of marketing campaigns and sales information to staff globally.
• Develop and organise interactive activations and events for internal audiences.
• Support the creation and launch of digital employee engagement initiatives.
• Work with different internal stakeholders on communication and event activities.

Requirements

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work with different internal stakeholders.
• Creativity and the ability to write in a fun and attractive tone of voice.
• Proactive and precise working style, with the ability to deliver work on time.
• Ability to set priorities or willingness to learn how to do so.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Availability for 5 months starting in September 2026.
• Enrolment at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.
• One of the following Dutch-law eligibility conditions: EU citizenship; a Family/Partner visa; or non-EU student status in the Netherlands with either a mandatory internship or a university willing to sign a Nuffic Agreement.
