SAP Procurement Lead (SAP MM) - SCM Deployment

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with additional Polish office locations in Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk, and Krakow.

What you will do

• Lead the SAP MM Procurement workstream for a large-scale SCM deployment.
• Design and configure S/4HANA purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification processes in line with the global SCM template.
• Facilitate fit-gap workshops with procurement and operations stakeholders.
• Manage S/4HANA MM consultant deliverables and perform quality reviews.
• Coordinate integration testing with EWM, Finance, PP, and other cross-functional workstreams.
• Drive testing strategy, cutover activities, and vendor master data migration across Central and EMEA deployments.

Requirements

• Experience leading SAP MM Procurement implementations in SCM or manufacturing deployment contexts.
• Expert knowledge of S/4HANA Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.
• Experience leading procurement workstreams in large SCM transformation programmes.
• Integration knowledge of EWM, PP, FI, and MDG procurement flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or IT.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Procurement certification.
• Manufacturing or distribution procurement implementation experience.
