SAP Manufacturing Lead (PP/QM) - SCM Deployment

Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland; additional locations include Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk, and Krakow.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Manufacturing workstream from solution design through configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover.
• Design production order management, capacity planning, shop floor control, and related manufacturing processes.
• Configure PP master data, including BOMs, routings, work centres, and MRP planning parameters.
• Integrate manufacturing processes with PPDS, EWM, QM, and Finance CO-PC workstreams.
• Manage Manufacturing Consultant deliverables, resource allocation, and quality reviews.
• Drive the manufacturing testing strategy and oversee production data migration and cutover execution.

Requirements

• Experience leading SAP PP/QM implementations, SCM deployments, or manufacturing programmes.
• Expert knowledge of S/4HANA PP production order management, BOMs, routings, and MRP.
• Integration expertise across PPDS, EWM, QM, and CO-PC manufacturing process flows.
• Experience leading Manufacturing workstreams in large SCM transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of process and discrete manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT.

Nice to have

• SAP PP or Manufacturing certification.
• Experience with SAP MES or digital manufacturing integration.
