What you will do

• Develop strategic TMT sector roadmaps with the Director of Research and translate them into structured execution plans for EMEA and APAC coverage.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, set goals, track KPIs, and ensure accountability for Directed Content deliverables.
• Guide expert sourcing, onboarding, project setup, transcript production, quality assurance, and collaboration with Operations teams.
• Manage sector budgets, allocate expert resources, optimize costs, and track content ROI while maintaining quality and throughput.
• Monitor engagement data, identify coverage gaps and emerging market themes, and adjust project pipelines to address client and market needs.
• Partner with Research, Product, Operations, Content Strategy, Compliance, and North America teams to improve workflows, feedback loops, consistency, and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role within TMT.
• Deep expertise in Technology, Media & Telecoms, including key players, business models, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of European and Asian equity markets.
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing teams of Project Managers or analysts.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable research projects that produce high-impact insights.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong understanding of project economics, including budget management, expert-cost optimization, and ROI tracking.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Directors of Research, Go-to-Market, Product, Operations, and Compliance.
• Strong understanding of compliance, MNPI, and confidentiality standards across project types; intellectual curiosity, client orientation, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
