TL;DR
Accounts Payable Associate intern (Accounting): Supporting daily bookkeeping, travel expense management, treasury postings, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable data review with an accent on financial record accuracy and document analysis. Focus on maintaining accounting records, preparing reports, and handling confidential financial data with attention to detail.

Location: Desio, Milan, Italy; initial 6-month internship working from the HQ office.

Salary: €700 per month; meal vouchers of €7 per day.

hirify.global is an international contract research organization providing clinical research services for Phase I–IV, non-interventional, and medical device studies.

What you will do

  • Manage travel expenses and support daily bookkeeping, data entry, and financial record management.
  • Support Treasury with document postings, bank reconciliations, and sundry reporting.
  • Support Accounts Payable with master data review and sundry reporting.
  • Analyze accounting documents and postings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail, good communication abilities, and strict integrity when handling confidential data.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
