Regional Finance Officer (Finance)

Location: Manila, Philippines; candidates must have the right to work in the Philippines. The role requires working with various teams remotely and independently without local supervision.

What you will do

• Support financial and tax compliance with applicable regulations and company policies across the APAC region.
• Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, manage penalty exposure, and support the annual budget cycle.
• Monitor financial performance against budget, explain variances, and support the development of financial and operational KPIs.
• Provide financial guidance to department heads and managers on the impact of financial decisions.
• Drive process improvements across AP, AR, Revenue Accounting, and GL operations through technology and improved business processes.
• Participate in projects and meetings while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of post-graduation industry experience as an accountant or finance professional.
• At least 1 year of related finance and tax experience within the APAC region.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Ability to work independently without local supervision and collaborate with various teams remotely.
• Confident communication skills across stakeholder levels, from managers to senior executives.

Nice to have

• Chartered Accountant or management accounting qualification, or progress toward one.
• Experience working with SAP systems.
