What you will do

• Design and implement interfaces using Figma and AI design tools based on high-level references, working autonomously.
• Develop production-ready code using Next.js 14.0+, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Create scalable, component-based UIs using structured design systems, maintaining consistency and accessibility.
• Translate strategic requirements into user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with product teams while maintaining design autonomy.

Requirements

• Designer-to-developer background with advanced Figma expertise. Must have started as a UI/UX designer before transitioning into frontend development.
• Autonomous design excellence to create interfaces from high-level references with attention to detail.
• 2+ years of experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, plus modern AI design tools.
• Independent problem-solving experience building and maintaining scalable component architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience working with design systems and component-based architecture.
• Background in D2C product development or performance marketing.
• Experience optimizing accessibility and usability.
