Salary: $65,000–$120,000 USD + ~$30,000 Equity

• Own end-to-end execution for core frontend features in React + Next.js.
• Build and deliver intuitive, high-performance UI that simplifies complex workflows.

• Help shape the component library and frontend system as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in frontend development with React (Next.js a strong plus).
• Proven track record in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and modern frontend principles.
• Strong grasp of responsive UI, accessibility, and usability.
• Comfort building and testing APIs; experience with HTTP, Postman, debugging.
• Clear product intuition, design sensitivity, and craftsmanship.
• Must ensure 4hr+ overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ).
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
