Salary: $180,000–$260,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Own frontend development, including interactive demos and playgrounds.
• Build high-quality UI in React and TypeScript with a focus on performance and interaction.
• Work with Next.js and provide Node.js backend support as needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive experiences.
• Continuously test, learn, and iterate, using feedback and data to refine the user experience.
• Drive user experience quality and empathy in product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience (UX) engineering and front-end engineering.
• Excellent programming skills in TypeScript and React.
• Strong understanding of usability, interaction patterns, and user experience principles.
• Experience with popular frontend tools and libraries (Sandcn/ui, MUI, Emotion, Next.js, Tailwind).
• High attention to detail and passion for expressive, high-quality interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative presence.
