Junior Shooter Editor

Location: Leicester Square, London, United Kingdom. Hybrid Smart Working arrangement with at least 3 days per week in the central London office and 2 days remotely. Saturday work is required, with four additional weekdays; weekday scheduling is negotiable. Occasional evening, weekend, and international production work may be required.

What you will do

• Shoot and edit short- and long-form video for social channels, hirify.global Player, and YouTube.
• Vision mix live broadcasts and edit pre-recorded video aligned with on-air schedules and live events.
• Create original formats, series, large-scale productions, and engaging social content for the Heart brand.
• Collaborate with video, social, radio, on-air, and off-air teams to develop content and support brand growth.
• Work with presenters and A-list celebrities to produce content for digital audiences.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Camera operating and shooting experience; experience with different camera types is relevant, with further training provided.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube, and how to adapt content for different audiences.
• Working knowledge of video production techniques and workflows.
• Can-do attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and professional and courteous communication with colleagues.
