Senior Lead, Technical Solutioning (Cloud)

Location: Milan, Italy; partially remote with an office presence in the Italy Milan (ITMILVP22) Office.

What you will do

• Act as the technical link between clients, governance, project executives, delivery teams, and vendors.
• Understand client requirements and define appropriate technical solutions from project initiation through delivery.
• Design infrastructure and cloud solutions and lead their implementation.
• Consult with clients as a subject matter expert and gather technical inputs.
• Coordinate the use of cloud platforms and engage subject matter experts when needed.
• Deliver solutions on time and within budget while supporting client success.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of data center technologies, primarily systems, storage, networking, security, applications, and databases.
• Understanding of systems architecture and solutions architecture.
• Hands-on experience and ongoing learning with data center technologies, cloud software, and interoperability.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to customer success.
• Growth mindset and motivation for personal and professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project or other project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
