Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Spend

Location: Singapore; work from the Singapore office five days a week.

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure for Spend product initiatives and new services.
• Lead infrastructure work for complex, high-risk projects, including global data centre migrations and data pipeline modernization.
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, and operational readiness across critical production systems.
• Partner with development, DevOps, and security teams to build resilient, compliant, and highly available services.
• Lead incident response, automation, team-level SLOs, runbooks, and DevOps performance metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure-focused engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, observability, and incident response.
• Experience leading SRE strategy for large-scale, cross-functional projects and architecting cloud infrastructure for new services and roadmap initiatives.
• Strong experience supporting production systems with high availability and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work closely with developers and guide reliability best practices, including embedding with development teams to improve reliability, performance, and operational readiness.
• Experience leading incident response, observability, and automation across critical systems.
• Experience owning team-level SLOs, runbooks, and DevOps performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating with central DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance and resilience.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or a similarly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with data streaming, analytics pipelines, or financial data systems.
