TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer (Cloud/SRE): Defining service reliability objectives and improving mission-critical systems in Singapore with an accent on monitoring, automation, resilience, and incident management. Focus on building observability frameworks, conducting root cause analysis, strengthening fault tolerance, and supporting disaster recovery and business continuity.

Location: Singapore, South West, Singapore. In person.

What you will do

Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLI) and Service Level Objectives (SLO).
Implement reliability engineering practices and automate operational processes.
Manage incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
Improve system resilience and fault tolerance.
Develop monitoring and observability frameworks.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity exercises.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of operations or reliability engineering experience.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
Background in cloud services and container platforms.
Knowledge of scripting and automation.
Knowledge of ITIL and SRE methodologies.
