DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters across primary hosting environments.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code and containerization practices to standardize resource management and environments.
• Monitor cloud compute utilization, cost efficiency, system health, application metrics, and log pipelines.
• Maintain CI/CD build runners, deployment pipelines, data pipelines, and automation.
• Conduct security patch updates and participate in troubleshooting, incident management, and post-incident root-cause analysis.
• Run periodic Disaster Recovery drills to validate recovery objectives, including RTO and RPO.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role supporting production applications.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure; DigitalOcean experience is a plus.
• Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and containerization.
• Knowledge of Cloudflare, reverse proxies, and Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with relational databases and Redis/Vkey caching engines.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for cross-regional team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience operating under formal security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2.
• Familiarity with PHP/Laravel runtime environments and Node/React build systems.
• Experience with log management stacks.
• Interest in new developments in the DevOps/DevEx domain.
