Internal Audit Manager (Fintech)

Location: City of London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with three days in the office.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and report on assurance work across a wide range of business activities.
• Assess the business risk management framework and provide assurance and insight.
• Support the Board and Executive Management in protecting organizational assets, reputation, and sustainability.
• Adapt audit activities to the requirements of the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Work with the UK- and Poland-based Internal Audit team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of post-qualified experience in Internal Audit.
• Background in Internal Audit, Risk, or Compliance functions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Team leadership experience.
• Grounding in finance, economics, or mathematics and an interest in financial markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and team-focused environment.
