Blockchain Risk Control Lead (AI/Web3)

What you will do

• Develop AI-augmented on-chain risk identification and threat intelligence systems using LLM techniques and autonomous agent workflows.
• Lead forensic investigations into crypto theft, fraud, and market manipulation, using AI-assisted pattern recognition for root cause analysis.
• Research post-quantum cryptographic algorithms and assess their implications for blockchain security and migration from current cryptographic foundations.
• Evaluate quantum computing threats to ECDSA, secp256k1, hash functions, and Web3 key management.
• Partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and academic institutions on incident response and deployable security tools.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in blockchain security, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Programming experience with SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience applying machine learning or AI to blockchain data analysis, fraud detection, or threat intelligence.
• Experience with blockchain monitoring, forensic tools, and analytics platforms.
• English is essential; effective communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Understanding of blockchain security, quantum computing threats, and cryptographic foundations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NIST post-quantum cryptography standards, including ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA, and FALCON.
• Security or risk control experience.
• Strong publication record in leading industry or academic conferences.
• Mandarin proficiency.
