TL;DR
Sales Manager (Mandarin) (Online Education): Selling online English courses and supporting Chinese-speaking clients via phone and chats with an accent on Mandarin communication, customer service, and sales execution. Focus on responding to client inquiries, managing high volumes of information, and handling multiple customer interactions across digital channels.

Location: Remote work possible from any location

hirify.global operates an online language learning platform for children aged 4–12, serving students and teachers across Asia and Europe.

What you will do

  • Sell online English courses to clients by phone and chat.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from existing Chinese clients.
  • Provide customer service support as needed.
  • Manage multiple interactions and substantial amounts of information.

Requirements

  • Chinese: Advanced level, at least C1/C2
  • English: at least B2; C1 or higher is preferred
  • Sales experience.
  • Experience working in a language school is welcome.
  • Strong PC user skills, responsibility, care, and multitasking ability.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience using Intercom.
  • Prior experience using Corporate WeChat.
