Embedded Operator (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Operate the Method platform alongside customers to develop effective security practices and outcomes.
• Deploy, integrate, debug, and troubleshoot the platform within customer environments and security stacks.
• Map customer technical workflows and turn user needs into product opportunities with Product Development.
• Develop security tradecraft and integrate it directly into the platform.
• Create and manage test-range environments for onboarding, training, and testing.
• Act as the customer-facing technical and security expert while collaborating with engineers on new features and user experiences.

Requirements

• Professional security background, particularly in offensive security or proactive defense, with a commitment to deepening technical expertise.
• Technical background in computer science, cybersecurity, cyber operations, security analysis, penetration testing, red teaming, or engineering.
• Proficiency in software development and prototyping; experience with Python and Go is preferred.
• Strong curiosity about how systems work, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and their impact to non-security stakeholders.
• U.S. security clearance required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with offensive security.
• Experience with container security, cloud security, or other infrastructure-focused security domains.
