TL;DR

Software Engineer (Open Source Contributor) (AI): Creating coding challenges and reference solutions to train AI models in debugging, feature implementation, refactoring, and performance optimization with an accent on backend development, algorithms, and automated testing. Focus on building testing environments, validating solutions, documenting technical decisions, and reviewing code quality.

Location: Remote – Worldwide

Salary: $50–$100 per hour

What you will do

Develop coding challenges and reference solutions for AI model training.
Debug software issues and implement new features.
Refactor code and optimize application performance.
Build testing environments and validate submitted solutions.
Document technical decisions and review code quality.

Requirements

Strong software engineering and backend development experience.
Proficiency in one or more of Python, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and automated testing.
Proven debugging, feature implementation, refactoring, and optimization skills.
GitHub portfolio or willingness to complete a technical assessment.
