🚀Web Product Manager (Conversion & Growth)

We’re looking for a hands-on Web Product Manager to grow the website of a next-generation mobile operator offering eSIM internet in 188 countries.
Your goal is to increase website conversions, optimize landing pages, and guide customers from eSIM purchase to app installation.
🎯What you’ll do:
• Build and A/B test landing pages and purchase flows.
• Own website conversion and post-purchase app-install funnels.
• Build and manage the website CMS and Help Center.
• Analyze user behavior using GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools.
• Write PRDs and coordinate releases with design, SEO, Growth, and Mobile teams.
• Track traffic, conversion, and app-install metrics.
🔎What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years in Web Product Management, Product Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience with landing pages, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on CMS experience (Webflow, WordPress, or similar).
• Strong understanding of web analytics, funnels, and SEO.
• Clear communication and prioritization skills.
• English B2+.
🌟Nice to have: CRO expertise, travel tech, telecom, subscription products, and localization experience.
