Product Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite at the employer's premises

DEVXED is a product company developing an e-commerce platform for sellers on Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces.

What you will do

• Conduct customer and competitor research through surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
• Turn research findings into actionable product insights.
• Write detailed PRDs and technical specifications, including problem statements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify user problems and product growth opportunities, and support prioritization.
• Support features through the product lifecycle from idea to launch alongside the senior product manager.
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, developers, and QA.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of product management experience, ideally with international IT products.
• Hands-on experience planning and conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Ability to write clear product specifications and requirements for engineers and designers.
• Basic product analytics skills, including reading GA4 reports or formulating requests for analysts.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to communicate with engineering teams about technical constraints.
• English: B2
