Machine Learning Engineer (Enterprise Brain)

Location: Hybrid, four days per week in the Mountain View, California office

Salary: $200,000–$280,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop machine learning systems for user understanding, task prediction, and proactive enterprise workflow automation.
• Invent LLM workflows and signals that improve reasoning, planning, and personalization.
• Design and optimize reinforcement learning and fine-tuning methods for agentic systems.
• Build scalable evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization loops.
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines for enterprise and knowledge graph construction.
• Measure and improve data quality, model quality, and end-to-end production performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering.
• BA/BS degree in computer science, mathematics, sciences, or a related field.
• Experience designing, building, and shipping production-ready models and systems.
• Expertise in ML evaluation, benchmarking, and data quality.
• Proficiency with an ML framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and make pragmatic production tradeoffs.
