What you will do

• Manage systems data and provide day-to-day infrastructure solutions for clients.
• Maintain security compliance and oversee queues of technical assignments.
• Prioritize tickets and coordinate solutions with technicians and stakeholders.
• Identify infrastructure issues, future risks, modernization options, and new business opportunities.
• Support clients across industries including banking and retail.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Experience with VMware ESX.
• Experience managing public and private cloud environments, especially on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
• Customer focus, a growth mindset, and an inclusive, collaborative approach.
• Ability to work in person in São Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Automation experience, especially infrastructure as code for IaaS.
• Vulnerability management experience.
• Microsoft Active Directory and federation services experience.
