Junior KYC Analyst with Swedish

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, with three days per week from the office

Salary: 250–350 PLN per day on B2B or Contract of Mandate

What you will do

• Support a KYC initiative in the financial sector.
• Verify client identities before account opening or financial transactions.
• Collect and analyze legal names, addresses, dates of birth, and government-issued identification.
• Help prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities.
• Make decisions based on data analysis and communicate with stakeholders at different business levels.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in AML/KYC.
• Good command of Swedish at B2/C1 level.
• Advanced written and reading English.
• Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Availability for a hybrid work model with three office days per week in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź.
