Salary: 10,800 PLN per month

What you will do

• Work directly on the production line and make decisions affecting operations and outcomes.
• Learn and apply manufacturing technologies, standards, and methodologies.
• Take ownership of concrete projects and responsibilities from the first day.
• Develop engineering and management skills through hands-on work, mentoring, and formal training.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and proficient English.
• Fourth- or fifth-year student at a technical university, or a graduate within the last 12 months.
• Academic background in mechanics, mechatronics, automation and robotics, chemical engineering, process engineering, production engineering, or a related field.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, process-oriented, systematic, and flexible approach.
• Motivation to gain knowledge as an engineer and manager.

• Evidence of achievements and initiative in academic or non-academic activities.
