Senior Manager, Program Management (Hybrid Kennesaw, GA)

Location: Must reside in the United States within a drivable distance to Kennesaw, Georgia, and work in a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. Approximately 25% domestic and international travel is expected.

Salary: $156,960–$235,440 annually, plus a target performance-based annual cash incentive equal to 20% of base pay.

What you will do

• Lead program and project management teams, including direct supervision, mentoring, training, and development planning.
• Oversee multiple moderate-to-large Professional Services implementation projects and client programs across cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Own program planning and execution, including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, change control, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate client-facing activities, executive status reporting, steering committees, risk management, escalations, decisions, and action items.
• Build trusted relationships with client business, technology, operations, Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Presales, Solution Architecture, and Professional Services leadership on qualification, scoping, proposals, statements of work, pricing, and delivery planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of experience in program or project management, Professional Services delivery, SaaS implementations, or related customer-facing transformation roles.
• 3–5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• US residence within driving distance of Kennesaw, Georgia, with availability for the required hybrid office schedule.
• Advanced knowledge of project management techniques, implementation methodologies, client onboarding, solution deployment, adoption planning, and post-implementation transition.
• Strong presentation, communication, influencing, facilitation, delegation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience managing concurrent client implementations and aligning business, engineering, product, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management and Microsoft tools.
