Product Designer (iGaming)

Location: Remote, based in Serbia

What you will do

• Design complete user journeys, wireframes, polished interfaces, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products.
• Create lobby, game catalog, profile, onboarding, cashier, payment, bonus, and promotional experiences.
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and product analysis to improve usability and conversion.
• Develop and maintain design systems with reusable components, tokens, and guidelines.
• Create promotional graphics for landing pages, campaigns, social media, Telegram, email, push notifications, partners, and affiliates.
• Design interface micro-interactions, transitions, loaders, animated prototypes, and selected video-based promotional assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer with a portfolio of real-world work.
• Strong Figma skills, including auto layout, components, variables, and prototyping.
• Solid graphic design skills in typography, composition, color, and branding.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, with experience in basic interaction design and animated prototyping.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles, feedback-driven work, and deadline management.
• English sufficient for reading documentation and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, gambling, betting, or other gamified products.
• Advanced motion skills with After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or similar tools.
• Experience creating bonus and reward animations, video banners, stories, and short videos.
• Knowledge of promotional mechanics such as bonuses, free spins, tournaments, lotteries, and VIP programs.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development, plus awareness of advertising restrictions for gambling platforms.
