Legal Intern (Cosmetics)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the month

hirify.global is a global cosmetics company with a Commercial & Licensing legal team supporting business operations across APAC and other regional markets.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate distribution, retail, travel retail, sponsorship, promotion, marketing, influencer, music, agency, e-commerce, and licensing agreements.
• Support the APAC regional counsel and lawyers across regional teams.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Affairs, R&D, Procurement, and Finance.
• Provide legal support on marketing, finance, sales, regulatory, and litigation matters.
• Prepare a presentation on a legal case, legislative development, or another suitable legal topic at the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Completed or current law studies at a university or other higher-education institution.
• Ability to commit to an internship of at least six months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, proactive, discreet, and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and ownership.

Nice to have

• Affinity with antitrust, privacy, corporate, consumer, or intellectual property law.
