Candidate Experience Admin (6-month Contract)

Location: Onsite five days a week in the San Francisco or Mountain View office, California

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for candidates visiting the office.
• Manage candidate greetings, room changes, physical logistics, and live troubleshooting during interview days.
• Coordinate interviews and prioritize time-sensitive scheduling requirements.
• Communicate with candidates in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify data-driven improvements and support ad hoc recruitment experience projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing logistics and resolving issues in real time.
• Effective communication and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing onsite and scheduling needs.
• Collaborative, proactive approach to ambiguous challenges and unexpected logistics issues.
