What you will do

• Lead the digitalization of proposal and bid management through modern tools and digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline Marketing & Sales processes.
• Evaluate, implement, and support the adoption of AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
• Promote a data-driven and digitally enabled culture across the organization.
• Advise colleagues on digital transformation and effective use of new technologies.
• Monitor digitalization trends and translate them into practical business applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience driving digitalization, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation solutions, and modern digital workplace tools.
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI and digital solutions can improve business performance.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to lead change initiatives from idea to implementation.
