Strategic Marketing And Insights Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Onsite in Tashkent, Uzbekistan; work schedule is 5/2 from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Tashkent time.

Salary: Stable salary, discussed individually based on interview results.

What you will do

• Develop and manage an end-to-end lead generation process for multiple sales teams.
• Set lead volume and quality targets, evaluate lead databases, and establish partnerships with external lead providers.
• Track sales funnel conversion rates, CPA, lead quality, channel performance, and marketing ROI.
• Plan and optimize paid advertising, SMM, SEO, landing pages, content, creatives, and promotional offers.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations on acquisition costs and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with sales teams and international colleagues to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, sales funnels, and customer acquisition processes.
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising, SMM, SEO, CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience managing external lead providers and marketing partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams using a strategic, results-oriented, and data-driven approach.
