Traffic Manager (Meta & TikTok)

Location: Remote, based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Working hours: 10:00–19:00 Dubai time, five days per week.

Salary: From $600 per month before taxes.

What you will do

• Execute media buying strategies on Facebook and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and refine advertising strategies.
• Coordinate campaigns with marketing and creative teams to align with brand messaging.
• Create advertising creatives and prepare technical briefs for the Design team.
• Analyze campaign results and provide stakeholders with performance insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, with up to 3 years considered.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Practical knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize media buying strategies.
• Availability to work remotely from Tashkent during Dubai business hours.
