AI Social Media Coordinator (Part Time)

Location: Fully remote within Mexico; regular hours are 3:00pm–12:00am Pacific Time on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, changing to Monday, Thursday, and Friday from January 2027.

Salary: USD 18,000–22,000 per year on a full-time-equivalent basis, pro-rated for a three-day working week, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Schedule, review, coordinate, and publish content across YouTube and other social networks.
• Optimise YouTube titles, thumbnails, copy, metadata, and publishing checks.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages, escalating sensitive or complex interactions.
• Coordinate assets, copy, captions, approvals, account access, timings, and platform requirements with clients and internal teams.
• Use AI tools and workflow systems for planning, content checks, research, audits, reporting, and documentation.
• Document and improve repeatable processes, checklists, QA steps, escalation routes, and reporting.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in social media coordination, publishing, community management, content operations, or related digital work.
• Practical experience using AI tools, with the ability to review and validate their output critically.
• Strong attention to detail across copy, timing, assets, approvals, links, account selection, and pre-publish checks.
• Clear written communication, sound judgment, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Comfort with social publishing tools, spreadsheets, project management systems, documentation, and workflow tools.
• Ability to work remotely from Mexico during the required Pacific Time schedule.

• Curiosity about social platforms, audience behaviour, entertainment brands, and emerging AI tools.
• Experience turning qualitative and quantitative analysis into practical recommendations.
