Senior Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote. Relocation support is available to hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, and Spain, including flights, temporary accommodation, and legal setup if needed.

What you will do

• Translate business, product, finance, and regulatory needs into system requirements and implementation-ready specifications.
• Define end-to-end money and financial data flows from transactions to accounting records.
• Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design across product services and CoreBank components.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, Finance, Compliance, and adjacent teams on scope, dependencies, and delivery phases.
• Shape and prioritize the backlog, support engineering and QA during implementation, and analyze incidents and edge cases.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation, including API contracts, data models, sequence diagrams, and state models.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Ability to break down complex business processes into clear technical flows.
• Experience with distributed, service-based architectures and API and integration design using REST, SOAP, or gRPC.
• Strong documentation skills and knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar notations.
• Experience working with cross-functional product, engineering, finance, and compliance teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, wallets, cards, lending, or ledger and accounting systems.
• Hands-on experience with financial transactions, reconciliation, or money movement systems.
• Exposure to regulated environments, central bank requirements, or e-invoicing.
• ERP integration experience, such as NetSuite.
• Product mindset and interest in broader platform ownership.
