Senior Program Management Specialist, Cross-Border Business

hirify.global is an e-commerce company expanding its cross-border shopping and delivery services in Taiwan.

What you will do

• Implement cross-border business strategies to expand hirify.global's presence in Taiwan.
• Collaborate with marketing, overseas vendors, product, and operations teams to execute cross-border initiatives.
• Support cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify product selection and marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program management or business operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Experience designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability, and the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and spoken Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, solve customer service problems, and collaborate across departments and cultures.

Nice to have

• Prior experience using SQL.
• Experience in cross-border merchandise selection and consumer insights.
