Strategy & Transformation StratEx (Fintech)

What you will do

• Project-manage cross-functional strategic special projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee data transformation and ensure timely, accurate reporting in collaboration with Consumer Data and Analytics.
• Manage the strategic transformation portfolio, tracking milestones, budgets, and projected EBITDA impact.
• Lead project kickoffs by defining scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
• Coordinate Business Heads, Product, Delivery, WealthTech, and external partners across workstreams.
• Monitor progress through standups, dashboards, and status reports; escalate blockers and conduct post-mortem reviews.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in program management, project management, strategy execution, or management consulting within fintech, banking, or technology.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong project management skills; PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Strategic business acumen and understanding of financial services and fintech business models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
