Supply Chain Analyst

What you will do

• Produce accurate and timely distribution centre performance reporting, including DIFOT and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Analyse and validate third-party logistics warehouse and distribution invoices against contracted rates.
• Track pick accuracy, temperature compliance, delivery performance, and other supply chain metrics.
• Identify cost reduction and supply chain optimisation opportunities and contribute insights to business decisions.
• Support Contract Managers with reporting, meeting coordination, and action tracking.
• Maintain master data integrity and resolve supply chain system issues while collaborating with Finance, Accounts Payable, and Supply Planning.

Requirements

• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution reporting environments.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to business cases.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines.
