Information System Supervisor/ IT Supervisor (Hospitality)

Location: hirify.global Fukuoka Sea Hawk, Fukuoka, Japan (on-site)

What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of IT initiatives across multiple properties in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
• Monitor, diagnose, and optimize LAN and network server performance, upgrades, directory structures, preventive maintenance, security, and reliability.
• Resolve user issues involving personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, and provide training and technical support.
• Maintain IT infrastructure in compliance with hirify.global Technology Network standards and certification requirements, including shared technology resources and backup procedures.
• Assist with workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale implementations while minimizing operational disruption.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, evaluate, and develop IT team members while supporting hotel operations and minimizing downtime.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certification such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
