Sr Packaging Designer (Games)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; in-office Monday–Thursday and work from home on Fridays

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Design innovative packaging for hirify.global Games brands and licensed properties from concept through production.
• Develop visual storytelling, product graphics, and digital assets for retail and e-commerce experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, Copywriting, Brand, and global development teams.
• Present concepts, art direct illustration and retouching, and manage external creative partners.
• Create 3D package visualizations and physical mockups to communicate design intent.
• Monitor design, entertainment, gaming, cultural, and retail trends to develop fresh creative solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in packaging, graphic, or consumer product design.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, packaging, and brand storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with 3D visualization tools such as Adobe Dimension, Blender, or similar.
• Strong communication, organization, project management, presentation, and deadline-management skills.
